01Where is the vacation rental located?
Our beachfront property is in Ka'a'awa on Oahu's windward coast, directly across from Kualoa Ranch. It's about 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport with stunning ocean views toward Mokoli'i (Chinaman's Hat).
02How do I book directly?
Select your dates on our booking page, enter guest count, and complete secure checkout. Direct booking saves platform fees and includes instant email confirmation.
03What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. A 48-hour grace period applies if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. See our policies page for partial-refund windows.
04What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM HST. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request depending on availability.
05How many guests can the property accommodate?
Our 3-bedroom oceanfront beach house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, ideal for families or small groups visiting Oahu.
06Is the property truly beachfront?
Yes. The home sits directly on the oceanfront in Ka'a'awa with private beach access, panoramic Pacific views, and calm waters ideal for families.
07What amenities are included?
Guests enjoy a full gourmet kitchen, high-speed WiFi, A/C, washer/dryer, beach gear, outdoor entertaining space, parking, and premium linens and towels.
